[Pepper's Diary] Aug 8, Dogathon 2010

Weee..it's the Dogathon day!!!

We suppose to be there early in the morning, but as usual Mummy & Daddy are big sleepy-head who can't get out of bed that early. Well, we left home at 9am++ and reached UPM around 10am. I can literally smells other dogs far away from the parking and got super excited about it.

Pepper needs to do some basic health check before we are allowed to register. Hehehe..it's really ticklish. I guess the kakak and abang are still student :p However, they said that Pepper is in great health, which made Mummy very happy.


Then, we met this very colorful MS at the registration area. I guess her name is Minne as the name is being colored on the other side of her body. She looks punk! Mom, are u going to color me that way too? (Pepper's mom: Don't need, you are dark color, it's just gonna be waste of Mummy's $$ to try to dye color onto u)


The weather is good and there are so many humans and doggie friends around ^^ Pepper met a few of Pepper's buddy there, so did Mummy.





It's getting hot around 11am++, so this is what I did...hiding in each of the booth that we dropped by..hehehe. I'm smart, ain't I ^^


There's these 2 dogs from K9 Training School. I really salute that they can just sit there with all the distractions around them and still remained non distracted and calm. Pepper can do that too, but just for 3 seconds under such circumstances. (Pepper's Mom: Now u know why I said waste my effort and money sent you to school =.=")


Daddy managed to take pictures of 1 group of handsome husky too. Guess that they are having some husky gathering.


When the heat is getting on to me, Pepper just want to get into the car and enjoy the air-con. So looking at Pepper start being reckless and refuse to walk anymore, at last my humans decided to head home.

We met these 2 "Anubis" dogs at the exit. Guess that they went for the Anubis Run in the morning. Thank God, we can't make it on time...I don't wanna wear those things :p




It's a really tiring day as right after that I was being sent to have medicated bath to prevent ticks & fleas. Once got home, I just can't help it to find a comfort spot on Mummy's fatty tummy and off to my dreamland.


Dogathon was fun. We'll be there again next year ^^

[Pepper's Diary] I'm out of "JAIL" !!!

Dear friends, just want to let you all know that Pepper has fully recovered. Lost some weight though, but that doesn't matter. The most important is I'm now out of "JAIL"...woof woof. 2 weeks seems to be like 2 years when you are being locked down at home looking at 4 walls :p

Off we go to DPC on Sat evening to meet my lovely friends. Oohhh how much I miss them ^^A friendly butt sniffing is a must to my old friends. Playing zoomies is a must too! In just 2 weeks, Poppy & Sherry have grown a little ^^Chaser's fur has grown longer too..but he is still the handsome little fella I knew ^^ I ran and ran and ran...the smell of the grass and the sunset makes me feels that it's so good to be healthy again!

That day I went back home happy and tired.

Sunday, is my shopping day. Daddy & Mummy said that I've been a really good girl going through my sick days. Guess what, even the doctor said I'm a tough little fella, I didn't cry or move when I was given jabs or when the doctor take the weird looking thing and poke into my hand hand for blood. So, as reward, we are going out shopping for "MY" stuff...yuppie!!!

And....here you go..I've got 2 new clothes, 1 new toy and a pink super absorbent pet towel. I don't know how much those things costs. I just show my 10 cent puppy face and Daddy pulled out the gold card from his wallet and those are all mine ^^

Besides that, Pepper is losing interest on Pepper's kibbles eversince the first day Pepper got sick. Pepper doesn't know why, it just happened. I feel sorry that Mummy is worried. She tried mixing Pepper's kibbles with the Natural Balance sample pack from Pets World. It works for 2 days and Pepper being picky again by not eating Pepper's lunch & dinner in the auto feeder. So off Mummy went and buy other really expensive kibbles to mix with my Addiction Salmon Bleu. Hmm..I guess a dog just got bored of eating kibbles. Imagine if you human eat chicken rice for meal 3 times a day and for 11 months, guess that you won't want to eat it too even if the chicken rice is mixed with caviar :p

Regardless, this is a good weekend for me. I'm really looking forward for next weekend DPC outing to meet my friends again. Till then, I'm gonna be really good girl this week to compensate Daddy & Mummy ^^

[Food Places] Cravigns Kitchen & Bistro, Sunway Giza

Another dog friendly place to share with you guys.

Cravings in Sunway Giza is famous for their 12'inch Monster Burger.

We decided to give it a try after the visit to Pets World.Gave them a call and amazingly, they allow small size dog to be seated at the smoking area. So off we went ^^

I have tried the burger with my colleagues during weekdays, so it's Pepper's Dad turn to try it. The burger has 2 pieces of beef patties, 1 piece of chicken drumstick, 1 piece of fish patty, 2 pieces of beef salami, 1 piece of ham and 2 pieces of hashbrown. Not to mentioned lots of greens, tomatoes and onions slices. Yummy! I like their patties, it tastes different as it's handmade by them. It's not the Ramli's burger patties :p

Besides that, we've ordered additional hashbrown (also handmade by them), chicken herbal soup, coleslaw, watermelon peppermint drink and passion fruit peppermint tea. Overall, it's a nice place to hang out.Most importantly, Pepper can join us for dinner at this place :)

time are 50% off for ladies

[Pepper was not so happy as she just got to eat tomatoes, a bit of chicken meat and have to sit there and wait for us to finish dinner :p]

[Pepper's Diary] Pet World Malaysia 2010, Mid Valley

This is my first time to Pet World, Pepper don't know what to expect.

First, I got freak out taking the escalator. I grab Daddy's shoulder so tightly that Daddy shriek like a little girl..hahahah :p

Second, this is my first time in mall. I got so distracted as there is so many people. People walking passed and touching Pepper, too much of attention, I got freaked out.

Luckily, when we got into the exhibition hall, there are many doggie friends there. Pepper is so excited and went over to say Hi to everybody. There are 3 schnauzers, a few poodles, 1 huge pretty husky and 1 huge handsome St. Bernard. I greeted my own breed then went over and play with the big dogs. Pepper just love to "kacau" big dogs. It takes awhile for them to realize I was there as Pepper is just too little compared to them. The humans around said we are so cute because Pepper play dead when the big dogs came over and "hunt" for me..kekeke. I'm good at doing that. It feels good to be the center of attention once in a while. I was a super star !!! :p

Mummy as usual went to this kind of place to find good bargain. This time, she indeed got a good bargain in Addiction kibbles. It's cheaper by RM6 compared to the normal price. I guess RM6 is quite a lot for the humans, as my Mummy bought a few packs of them. So, my following 3 months of meal supply is settled ^^

Besides that, Pepper got a few free treats when we visited the booth by just acting cute. This is really an easy job. I love exhibition. We should do this more..woof woof. Mummy got a few pack of free samples too from Nutriedge, Eukanuba and Natural Balance. A Big Thank You to them ^^An advice to other dog owners that got free sample, please check the expiry date before feeding them to your dog. My Mummy got a pack of sample that was expired for 3 months. She is not happy about that because if she is not being careful and feed me those, I might have suffered diarrhea.

As conclusion, Pet World Malaysia 2010 rocks and Pepper will be there again next year ^^

[Pepper's Diary] My Holiday to East Coast

Weee...we’re going back to grandma’s place again. Mummy’s hometown is in Dungun, a small town in Terengganu state. We’re going back for a wedding. Hooray, there is going to be lots of people to play with me..woof woof.

Pepper has been a frequent traveler, 4 hours journey is ok for me as Pepper will just sleep and sleep and sleep throughout the whole journey..hehehe. First day back in hometown, first of all of course Pepper must visit the long awaited beach. The last time Pepper been to the beach was 4 months ago. Due to Pepper was still small last time, Mummy didn’t allow Pepper to swim. This time around, Pepper is going to get thrown into the sea…weeeeee…sounded so exciting.

Ahem..swimming in the sea wasn’t as exciting as Pepper thought it would be. Thank God, there was a dinner party that night to make Pepper forget the terrifying experience at the beach in day 1. As usual, Pepper has been the center of attention in the dinner party. All the kids just love Pepper. And Pepper is really good with kids too. Gives them lots of smooches and perform lots of cutie tricks to make them happy ^^

2^nd day was the wedding. Everybody was busy thus Pepper has nothing much to do except running up and down the stairs at home. Pepper is getting very good at staircase nowadays ! Ooo..not to forget, Pepper met a new friend, a fox (musang) named "Oo-Ooh" (black black in hokkien). She's is not friendly at all and almost scratch Pepper's eye out. Pity little thing, guess that she's scared because Pepper is much much bigger than her.

3^rd day was the sand, the sun and the sea day again. Mummy again still wanna throw me into the sea. She said it’s the last day and it will be wasted if Pepper didn’t go for a swim. So, the following are pictures of Pepper before swim and after swim. Enjoy !

We’re now back in KL now as Mummy said she can’t stay there too long as there are tons of treats she needs to make and post to other furkid’s Mummy.

Well, I wish that we’ll be back there soon.

Next time, Pepper is going to conquer the sea..woof woof !!!
